Nassim Mehran might have the best energy ever! Everyone who knows her knows exactly what I mean. She has that positive life force surrounding her, like a Jedi. It is, at least for me, very easy to get sucked into that energy and I love that about her. That same energy, that happiness, transpires so well when she dj's. It is just a delight to observe and especially since her technique is so on point. She know's what she is doing and it feels like it came natural to her since birth. You can also hear and feel that energy in her track selection. This mix is no exception. It takes no prisoners. It starts on a very warehousey techno feeling, soon to be effected by percussion and a very nice carnival techno aspect. Then a little minimal, then a little housey, old school meets new school and in the end it gets a little darker and hypnotic. Perfect for the early mornings and for the late nights. It really doesn't matter. It's perfect for whenever. Thank you Nassim for making this mix for me, I appreciate it and I adore you. Salute! 

Two things I have to mention before I stop here. One being that Nassim has released her own music together with Swedish legend Zoo Brazil on the label Panterre Musique. ST-ahler aims to spread joy through creating spacy and floating disco soundscapes. Moving from Singapore to Berlin in 2014 “cosmos-politan” ST-ahler discovered the decks in an escalated night of spaceships and zero gravity. Shortly after he started playing DJ sets at intimate events, house parties and various smaller venues, trying to make hoofers hover. His melodic house sets are appreciated for their danceable, yet wobbly and deep sounds infused with tasteful influences from the lively 80s to solid indie dance tunes, covering wide electronic frequency terrains.
