Episode 8 comes from UK based DJ Focus Puller, Focus Puller’s relationship with music started aged 6, when he was given a Dansette record player and a pile of old 7's by his Dad's mate. Stacking those records on the player and announcing them to an imaginary radio audience as they dropped one by one onto the platter had a mesmerising effect.

Kickstarting the first episode off w/ Kevin Knapp. 

There are few DJs who have as much passion and dedication to this industry as Kevin Knapp. He’s a constant pioneer of the sounds crowds yearn for through his own individual production style and his proclivity for vocal contributions. His stand out vocals turned our heads back in 2012 proclaiming “My Beat Will Control You" with Audiojack and his first Hot Creations cut ”The Drums” alongside A&R head Richy Ahmed in 2013 is still owning dance floors to this day. As of recent, his track “Drug Birds” out of Sola was heavily supported by UK mainstays Hannah Wants and Huxley. 2018 was a big year as Kevin’s collab “Your Mind” with Shiba San was released with Repopulate Mars and swept across dancefloors. Kevin has taken every opportunity to continue his craft leading him from San Francisco to the capital of Techno: Berlin.

Episode #2 featured Aquarius Heaven. 

Growing up in Texas and the Caribbean, Brian Brewster became associated with music at a young age. Starting out as a reggae, dancehall, and hip hop singer, it wasn’t until 2005 when he moved to Paris that he would become connected with electronic music. After meeting dOP in the French capital he began to spend a lot of time with the trio in the studio and in 2010 Aquarius Heaven was born. The sound particularly interested Brian because there were fewer limitations in electronic music and it gave him room to experiment. He was able to push the boundaries of sound to create something outside of the box of the typical house and techno machine. Never forgetting about his roots in music you can still hear the colors of the Caribbean in his vocals.

Episode #3 featured L.A based duo Dance Spirit.

Dance Spirit is a duo dedicated to the attainment of subconscious harmony through rhythm, timbre, melody and movement. Based in Los Angeles, they’ve forged these elements into a vehicle of positive change through the medium of live electronic music.

Esoteric as it may sound, their philosophy has yielded achievements of substance. Championed by such respected labels as Get Physical Music, Crosstown Rebels and Bedrock Music, they have made a lasting mark on the global dance music landscape. Their all-original live sets have garnered them worldwide renown, but somehow the years to come look to be the brightest yet.

Episode #4 featured Brighton based Alex Banks.

Alex Banks wanted to clear the decks, to start afresh. His Monkeytown-released debut album ‘Illuminate’ caused a ruckus on its 2014 release, praised by the likes of MixMag and Uncut, and propelling the Brighton-based producer through a lengthy series of enormous international live shows. But that was one chapter – and he needed to start another.

This episode is a tribute to the black artists hailing mainly from Chicago and Detroit. Who have been a massive influence on the global dance music scene since the very beginning. #BlackLivesMatter

Fred Everything aka Frédéric Blais was brought up in Quebec City. 

In the early 90s, he started playing live in raves and clubs in Canada. He was then known as "Everything", because his live sets could range anywhere from techno to house, ambient and even drum and bass. 

Fred Everything's career as a DJ began in 1993, when he opened for Sasha at the Metropolis club night in Montreal. After building up a reputation in the US and Canada, he moved to Montreal in 1996, where he released many records under various record labels, including 20:20 Vision, with whom he went on to release a total of 20 records including his widely successful album "Under the Sun" in 2000.

Douglas Greed started his path under this moniker in 2005 with the desire for a straight bass drum and the attitude of a music lover. Before he was on the hip-hop and drum and bass trip with the pseudonym "Real" (Bionic Crew).

Modern Techno - DESNA is making her mark in the industry by avoiding a definitive classification. Noted as one of Dj Mag's emerging acts to watch in 2019 , Her art transcends music; it embodies a way of living.

A former Output New York Resident, DESNA's deejaying prowess through production and track selection can be defined as striking yet neutral. DESNA's futuristic sound rides primarily in the techno lane while drawing inspiration from a spectrum of sonic palettes.

DESNA's musical momentum began in NYC through performing at underground parties which led to launching her own event series. She's had numerous, notable residencies around the world and has garnered wide acclaim by infusing her house inspired NY energy with an industrial influence derived from Western European travels. 

She pulls inspiration from artists such as Ben Klock, Len Faki, and Radio Slave just to name a few.
