This is an excerpt taken from a tape of Steve Markowsky's segment in December 1995 in which he airs 3 Canadian tracks. The first being Wende Bartley's Ellipsis, some sort of droning electronic sound, and Christian Calon's Minuit.

Recorded off of CKUT 90.3 FM in 1994. Very last unsolved track from Swishy-Swoshee.
This one I'm almost certain is Canadian and from a CD that the station received in 1994. As always, the DJ did not ID who this was and this is all I have of the piece.

Shazamming this interestingly brings up a bunch of sound effect CDs, including "Authentic Sound Effects Vol. 1" which is sampled in this track
