ROTATION - an All Vinyl, All Styles music event which took place on Friday, August 13th at The Continental as part of the San Jose Summer JazzFest…this time, featuring all 7” 45s sets from  DJ Shorkut, Chale Brown and myself…props to Shorkut and Tommy who dropped some choice platters…and let me say Shorkut certainly awed us with his dynamic turntablism - so inspiring! And Thank You to the San Jose revelers who came out with an open-mind and grooved to our multi-genre programming - always appreciate a receptive dance-floor….this is my set...enjoy the ride!

Number 5 in our GLA Recordings Artist Sessions comes to you from one of the youngest and most prolific members of our musical family, KE AKA Kid Enigma. Recorded live on Jan 24 2020 at Substance at The End Up in San Francisco this fiery 2 hour set represents double threat KE at his finest behind the decks and on the mic. Upholding the legacy of Chicago house to the fullest with seamless transitions, powerful programming, and a few head turning surprises, the future of our music  is looking very bright indeed with the limitless potential of voices like KE.
