After half a year of VGM covers and experimental chiptunes, I decided to bring back FamiTastik and gauge my learnings during these months. Following the spirit of Vol.1, FamiTastik Vol.2 is a collection of stories yet untold and sceneries yet unseen narrated through videogame music.

Music made entirely with Dn-FamiTracker using the VRC6 expansion chip (without using any samples in the DPCM channel) and no post-processing whatsoever, apart from some gentle volume leveling and limiting. The .nsf file containing all of the compiled tracks is included with the album.

it's just a remix of War Agony from vampire savior because originally i wanted to sample it before i remembered it's already a drum and bass song. that song isn't even lilith's theme. everyone will tell you it's lilith's theme but lilith doesn't even appear on the war agony stage. she appears on deserted chateau, like morrigan. it's similar to how people say iron horse iron terror is q-bee's theme but literally any character can appear on the iron horse iron terror stage

@MusicWeeklies challenge for 2/27 - "Enchanted Forest"

I imagined a forest that led people through it's confusing and enchanted mist by the use of wooden bells hanging from the tree tops. After finding this photo as reference online, the creativity started churning and 6 hours later, this is the result <3
