Und wie man es von den drei Elektronikern gewohnt ist, hat es wieder etwas länger gedauert.
Ganze 5 Jahre nach dem Nummer 1 Album „Autopilot“ kommt endlich der nächste Leckerbissen aus der hauseigenen Soundküche. Dass sich das Warten gelohnt hat, davon kann man sich auf 11 spannungsgeladenen Songs überzeugen. Knarzige Elektronik, die für die Band typischen Melodien garniert mit bitter-süßer Melancholie schaffen ein vielschichtiges Album, das nicht nur seinen Weg auf die Tanzflächen der Clubs finden wird sondern auch dazu einlädt, genauer hinzuhören und sich komplett fallen zu lassen. Ein Album jenseits des Mainstream, das wohltuend anders klingt, aber dennoch so gefällig daher kommt, dass es einen sofort in seinen Bann zieht.
Im fast einjährigen Produktionsprozess kollaborierte man mit verschiedenen Produzenten und Textdichtern und besann sich wieder auf seine Wurzeln, wodurch das Album deutlich düsterer geworden ist als sein Vorgänger. „Masterplan“ – das ist Elektro-Wave-Pop der nächsten Stufe.

And as you’re used to it the album took its time. More precisely it took the three musicians five years for the follow-up to the recent number-one album „Autopilot“. The wait was worth it, proven by 11 brandnew songs where dark electronics meet catchy melodies, all topped with bittersweet melancholy. Name it a complex and vibrant longplayer not only for the dancefloor, but also for your individual listening pleasure. During the long lasting production process the band collaborated with different producers and lyricists, challenging themselves in pushing things one step further. Reflecting to their roots, the album became much darker as its predecessor. „Masterplan“ - electronic wave-pop 2.0.

Founded by singer Alex Virlios (Blue Images) and guitarist/producer Andrew Sega (Iris, The Alpha Conspiracy), Hallowed Hearts is releasing the band's debut single - "Lost". Inspired by post-goth bands like Pink Turns Blue, Fields of the Nephilim, and Drab Majesty, Hallowed Hearts combines angular guitars and moody lyrics with an atmospheric, three-dimensional sound. Their debut release, "Lost", is a driving, insistent meditation on love, loss, and the passage of time. Also featured is a shimmering cover of the 1989 cult-classic by Escape With Romeo, "Somebody"."
