This was fun to make tbh, I enjoy MSBs as a style/flavor of songs (as I made apparent in the gross old outdated Self Insert MSB I made ages ago) and I’ve gotten better at music, so I’d figured I’d give this another go.

So, LUCIDITY amirite? 

This song has gone through multiple different iterations throughout the years, with 2 (well, three counting Rosy’s [https://soundcloud.com/saafasfdsfs] take) version coming out about a year apart.

2 years later, here’s V3!

I made this in Jummbox originally, and was going to upload it when I’d finished it at first a few months ago, but I just didn’t. Unsure why, but a few days ago brain went “ight but what if we threw the MIDI somewhere”. Garageband was also used to make this track, and I just kinda layered the Jummbox .wav with the Garageband project.

This is where 3 years of music making has gotten me. 

To quote myself from 3 years ago:

The conceptual ascension to God Tier I made the day after Deceased Desires. I was in kind of a sad mood when making DD, so I figured if I wanted to make an uplifting counterpart, I'd have to be in a more positive mindset. Despite the unoriginality of both tracks, I'm still proud of them.

It should go without saying that both The Id and Savior of the Waking World are by Toby "Radiation" Fox (wonder who he is? :thinking:), with Doctor (SOTWW's main leitmotif) being created by the late George Buzinkai (may she rest in piece.)

Sorry again for the more somber description, it's kinda sad boi hours up in this shit rn. Hope you at least enjoy the music I make. LUCIDITY V2 might be uploaded, eventually, if I feel up to it.

So I finally did it, after all this time I finally applied the past year of knowledge to improve something and make it even better! I'm legitimately proud of this but if anyone has any notes or criticism feel free to let me know (I still don't really know music terminology'n'stuff, might try and take some class on music theory in the future.).
