Another jazz/digital fusion jam for Raspberry Pi 400. Second place in Revision 2023's Executable Music competition!! Powered by a custom wavetable synthesizer, sequencing in music macro language. 22KB total - better than last year, but there's always room to make it smaller. How are 4Klang executables so small??

This track is paired with the final, more intense track of the OST(Survive!), and the two act in tandem as a single piece of dynamic music. Calm Seas plays while you are safely away from the whale, and swaps to Survive! as the whale gets closer to you.

送られたピクセルアートを元にチップチューンを作るというコンセプトで、正反対に映る二人の人の絵から二面性に発想を飛ばし、覆い隠された内面の2つの自分に葛藤をするものの、やがてはその運命を享受する様子を曲にしました。

this song was produced as part of the Pi X Chip compilation organized by Shinoriyu（しのりゅー）
the concept was to create a chiptune based on pixel art that was sent to me. so i was inspired by the duality of the two brothers, who appear to be opposites, and wrote a song about how they struggle with their two masked inner selves, but eventually embrace their destinies.
