Hello!

This is the debut of a remixed version of Metamorphic, my first public VOCALOID original song. I entered into the VOCAMERICA songwriting competition with this song, and though I didn’t win a prize, I got a shout-out on the stream as one of Kenji-B’s favorites (thank you again!).

So that was totally awesome.

Anyway, I’ve tried to give it a little more oompf; hopefully it turned out okay.
I’m new at this whole description writing thing, so forgive me if I leave out a credit or something!

I have some other songs in the works, and I hope to publish some exciting stuff in the next month or two.

Hi again!

I thought this would be a fun song to try to cover. I love Sara Bareilles’s music, including “Manhattan”. As I post more covers and originals, you’ll soon learn my never-ending love for piano music…

Avanna fits it so beautifully, too, I think! Her natural softness works well, but it was hard to get the notes in VOCALOID to be timed just right; there are still some areas where it doesn’t sit quite like the original because the melody doesn’t have a perfectly-fitted rhythm, but it worked out alright.

Anyway, I promise more original music is on the way too! Just wanted to do some tuning and post something this month, and I hope you enjoy it.

Hi again!

After quite a few months, I've finally finished another song. I think it turned out well? Hopefully! I've been trying to get better at the more technical aspects of music making (the mixing and engineering sorts of things), and this feels like an improvement overall. I've been working on this for a while, but kinda finished it in a burst yesterday which was fun!

I used Eleanora for the song, which was a total blast. It's been a while since I tuned in UTAU, but she was super great to work with and I think she fits the song well. Definite "Thank You!" to @RollieRyttle for creating an awesome voice.

The video's pretty simple, but the style of it turned out sorta cool, so maybe I'll run with it in the future...?
