Recently I stumbled across the stems to Major Lazer's Be Together.I'd previously downloaded them and attempted a completely different remix, when i listened back the other day this version is exactly what came to mind. Next minute here we are.

Halloween is the time of year everyone loses themselves a little. You become someone or something else, forget about life and escape to an imaginary place or universe. We did it as kids looking for treats and now we do it at parties, It’s always been my favourite time of year!

DEAD2Me symbolises how my life has changed as well as my music. I plan to have less releases but put more into each one and personally I find this track very powerful. In many ways it’s me saying goodbye to an old life so I can make room for a new one. 

I put together the art myself, and the track title has been what it is for a long time which is why it felt like this year Halloween was the perfect time to put out this track out.

UZ & Montell2099 - UNDERGRND (Blueprint Flip)

I started making this track in maybe august of last year and it started with just a lead synth, one layer.
I later came back and started putting down a drum line and finding i liked the sound more and more.

For me this was quite a different sound to what I normally make, at first I struggled wrapping my head around the concept but over the holiday period I worked in the studio pretty hard on this one. After coming back from Bay Dreams I meet so many awesome humans and had some times ill never forget.

This song is a big shoutout to everyone I meet there.
