Oh my word. This takes me back to djing on student radio in Bristol in 1996!!!! I still am the proud owner of this as a vinyl promo. Whaaaaaaaaaat a tun! Will have to dig it out for a history lesson on Bassdrive. Big Ups to Chris and the lads from the Doc!

Deep beneath the surface of the cosmic ocean, in the sea of quintessence lies the Bassquarium, an endless reef of glowing speaker-corals and crystalline sound systems. It is said to hum with the first Amen break ever dropped — vibrations that ripple out into every rave, every festival, every pirate signal beamed into the night.

From these depths swim the Wobblefish, radiant alien creatures whose fins shimmer like waveforms and whose tendrils pulse with sub-bass frequencies. Each Wobblefish is born of a different frequency band — the golden ones carry the warm mids, the violet ones ripple with high-end shimmer, and the titanic blue elders channel the pure rolling sub-bass that can be felt in your chest.
