BLUNTANDBASS is an alter ego of Ankush Thakur who has been a DJ in the PSYTRANCE music scene since 2016. He’s an open format DJ, meaning no genre is out of bounds but he has been known to mix funky and groovy TWILIGHT music on stage. He’s shared stage with several global names of psytrance scene such as Drip Drop, Jumpstreet, Oxyflux, Gigi, Synkronic, kindzadza, Necropsycho, Mental Echo, Aum Shanti, Cosmic Illusion to name a few.

BLUNTANDBASS has DJed at many parties around mighty Parvati Valley and Manali and is constantly working on his sound and expanding his music selection so there’s always something new to hear.
