ENDLESS DESERT is the next album release on Khoinix by Brussels-based Ottoman Grüw & Montréal-based Inside Blur.

Like a grieving spirit stuck in a machine, this album explores the complex emotional dimension of technology, delivering a mesmerizing blend of technoïd EBM, dark ambient tones and industrial experimentations.

With several shared creations to their credit (Soil, Mutant Modality) and performances together in North America and Europe, Ottoman Grüw and Inside Blur seamlessly meld their respective musical styles into a cohesive whole, giving birth to the soundtrack for a picturesque decaying world ENDLESS DESERT.

In addition to the original tracks, the album features remixes by notable artists from different corners of the globe. Annika Wolfe, Electro renegade from Los Angeles ; NGHTLY, body-music artisan from western Italy; Incendie, industrial hooligan from Berlin; and sch_tsch, darkwave powerhouse from Zürich - contribute their creative interpretations to the album. These remixes provide a fresh perspective on the original tracks, expanding the project into a 8-track journey.

À l’image des soirées qu'elle organise, son podcast “Breathing Exercise” rassemble une techno au rythme effréné et aux mélodies captivantes.

🌶️ Jeanne Benichou est designer indépendante. Elle se saisit du potentiel numérique et développe une pratique aux frontières du design de communication et des arts médiatiques.

Sa création “Flow State” s’inspire du long métrage d’animation “Paprika” de Satoshi Kon. Un non-lieu, théâtre désenchanté du corps exalté. Dans ce maelström où le mouvement se consume, la chorégraphie visuelle épuise à mesure qu’on tente de la saisir.

Thanks to a newly established communication line between Earth and the ship, La Resistance bitch-slapped the four lazying compadres hid on the moon with these four heavy remixes of the first orbital care package, navigating effortlessly through breakbeats, fast-paced techno and electro music.

Cosmic procrastination now being prohibited on the ship, the four zinzins finished their last Malibu-Ananas on Mons Huygens and packed up their things, leaving the moon to get seriously back on the path to the Signal.

PREMIERE: Ottoman Grüw & Inside Blur - Dreaming The Dark [Khoinix]

Reference of the hardcore side of dance-floor-oriented music, the London-based label and party series Khoinix fails big time to disappoint the bats out there fans of EBM, Industrial, Dark Techno, Dark Disco & Whatnot. Featuring new and old faces of the realm, its growing discography is the place to be if you are not into fluffy sonorities while partying. 

For its forthcoming episode, the outlet welcomes Brussels-based Ottoman Grüw and Montréal-based Inside Blur whose fruitful collaboration has already been issued on Soil Records and spotted on stages in North America and Europe. For the “Endless Desert” EP, they once again “seamlessly meld their respective musical styles into a cohesive whole, giving birth to the soundtrack for a picturesque decaying world” scenario. On the remix task force, Annika Wolfe, NGHTLY, Incendie, and sch_tsch tweaked and twisted their respective assigned tasks and came up with visceral interpretations. 

Premiered here, “Harsh Desire” is one of those tracks dressed to impress! Its powerful and energetic aura is simply contagious. The unstoppable bassline brings a plethora of weight to the theme and demands a great deal of body strength to be danced to. Challenge accepted?

ENDLESS DESERT is the next album release on Khoinix by Brussels-based Ottoman Grüw & Montréal-based Inside Blur. 

Like a grieving spirit stuck in a machine, this album explores the complex emotional dimension of technology, delivering a mesmerizing blend of technoïd EBM, dark ambient tones and industrial experimentations. 

With several shared creations to their credit (Soil, Mutant Modality) and performances together in North America and Europe, Ottoman Grüw and Inside Blur seamlessly meld their respective musical styles into a cohesive whole, giving birth to the soundtrack for a picturesque decaying world ENDLESS DESERT. 

In addition to the original tracks, the album features remixes by notable artists from different corners of the globe. Annika Wolfe, Electro renegade from Los Angeles ; NGHTLY, body-music artisan from western Italy; Incendie, industrial hooligan from Berlin; and sch_tsch, darkwave powerhouse from Zürich - contribute their creative interpretations to the album. These remixes provide a fresh perspective on the original tracks, expanding the project into a 8-track journey.

GENESIA is inspired by the word “genesis”, symbolizing creation, the beginning and the intrinsic force of nature. The album's cover, depicting a lush, vegetation-rich floating island, evokes the suspended Garden of Eden, a timeless space where art and nature meet. 
GENESIA brings together 26 international artists from countries such as Germany, France, Venezuela, Sweden, Argentina, Hungary, Canada and England. Each brings his or her own unique contribution, making this an eclectic compilation.
The project highlights the local Montreal scene, with several local artists taking part, confirming Phosphate Records' commitment to supporting and promoting Montreal's musical richness on an international scale.
In this off-season, GENESIA stands out as an ideal piece of music. The project combines refreshing energy and emotional depth, and will captivate hard groove fans as well as those with a passion for new sounds. GENESIA stands out for its intensity, diversity and authenticity.
