Our band loves exploring the different sounds and styles found within jazz history, from Monk to MMW, from Ellington to Kneebody, all while putting our own spin on the genre with our original blending of modern swing, hip hop, and funk. 


This group was formed after years of playing in other projects in various combinations. If you follow the names of each player, you'll find them involved with a host of Michigan groups, including Benjaman James, Speak Easy, Corey Kendrick's Trio, WMU and MSU Jazz Orchestras, Hannah Rose and The GravesTones, Dan Willenburg's Trio, The Underground Circus, and Cameron Blake.
