1 Acoustic Resonance

The very first deep(er?) house track I ever made. Around '00-01, I think? I was living in Atlanta and playing lots of lounges and boutiques. There was something about "da ATL" that put me in the mood to make these kinds of tracks. I just don't feel it in Nashville like I did down in Atlanta. I should have put it on To The House, but I didn't want any drama w/ the vocal sample. ;-)

Do You Love Me (Original)

I don't do drugs… seriously! I thought I'd try something different and a little more "electronic" sounding with analogue synth sounds and what have you. Then I go and spoil it with the nylon guitar. Whoops! ;-)

Electronique

One of my favourite songs I've done. My best friend David is an amazing Flamenco guitarist, but he's a total jazz-head (as well as metalhead, but we won't go there…), and he's totally channelling the Peter White vibe on this one. All the guitar was written and recorded "on the fly", which is why this is a "demo": his guitar was out of tune. Let that be a lesson to ya: ALWAYS tune up before hitting Record. I'll get him to rerecord this someday. :-\

10 Gravity (Demo)

BluSol is how producer/remixer Lenny B prevents his head from exploding due to all that "cheesy" dance music he produces (not his words, although I'm sure he agrees)––a.k.a., his "day job". What started as a deep house project back in Atlanta around 00-01 has, over the years, embraced downtempo, chillout, jazz, flamenco, Latin and World Music influences. Since Lenny can't do just one thing (jack of all trades, master of… oh, nevermind!), he tries to combine it all into a sound that he calls "BluSol".
