Just like walking in the streets of a big city on a sunny afternoon while all of a sudden you find yourself in the middle of Rush Hour! The jazzy drum & bass section by Keeth is topped off thanks to the killer solo from Glance. Both artists provide their expertise and jamming along into the creation of this incredible track. It is necessary to start with the word FINALLY. Finally, a debut album by a Czech-based producer DTonate has been released. His genre bending sound has defined new rules of hip hop in the Czech Republic and Slovakia for years, so there’s no surprise his new album Futureproof swings "...between hip-hop, funk, and vocoder." 

The album has matured for years in the studio, where the sound was later tuned with Gaex, and August 21 2020 is the D-Day. The international album Futureproof is released symbolically in international cooperation of labels. Joint release of Slovak ajlavmjuzik and Czech Ty Nikdy Label is initially available on all streaming platforms, vinyl collectors can expect a limited 2LP on October 12, 2020. 

While the album is the embodiment of DTonate’s creative process of the past decade, the debut features several collaborations, among which are Detroit’s finest Marv Won, UK’s very own Jehst, Igor Kmeťo, Tomáš Konůpka of Android Asteroid, Zdenka Predná, Lukáš Mareček and many other prolific singers from the Czech Republic and Slovakia, as well as a special guest 3ck to pay a tribute to the craft of turntablism.
