For this first VA, we decided to focus on the meaning of our name “BLVSH”, which is for us the idea of blossoming, blooming, coming to life.

Half of the tracks are from our crew members, while the other half are from guests dear to us. Active members of the FLINTGA* scenes and communities in Switzerland, Germany and the Netherlands.

INVERNO - Amazoniac Deep Jungle Tour

Freya K.(@freyakdj) is the DJ project of uprising berlin-based Freya K. who has just recently entered the behind the decks. 
Being introduced to music by a very young age, she has been a singer and guitarist since then, produced her own indie music and finally found her way into the electronic music world in her earlier twenties. 
Her joyful and energetic personality is implemented in her music as she tries to give the positiv energy on to the dancers. 
Freya's drive is influenced by tribal elements and old school techno tracks from the 90ies and 2000s combined with modern components and groovy tools. 
She is one of the co-founders of xcuse:u collective.

This podcast is an old school infused groovy techno mix with solid basslines yet containing dreamy melodies. It was created to get into a happy mood, create a continuous groove, dance and to turn off the mind, something we always tend to do too much. Freya K told us: "I’ve picked one of my favourite tracks that just make me smile and forget the world."

3AM a.k.a Ana Marjanidze (@ani-marjanidze) is a Georgian DJ based in Tbilisi, who emerged in 2021. 

Inspired by various foreign and Georgian artists, she is trying to remain genuine and create connection with the people, giving them emotions and feelings, which are product of personal development. 

Due to continuous hard work and firm purpose to improve, 3AM managed gain attention for her special attitude towards music. She has played in remarkable venues in Georgia, such as Bassiani (@bassiani) and Horoom. 
She is also a feminist activist who thrives to ensure equal representation of female and queer artists on the electronic music industry, and to have more balanced atmosphere. 
As a part of her activism actions, she participated in the Tbilisi international symposium “The next generation of cultural spaces” organised by Act4culture and Creative Collective Spectrum. 

3AM is a proof of an idea, that no matter what you do in your life, what profession you may have, you are still able to be creative and dare to touch music in the most intimate way. Her aim is to consolidate all the sides of her personality in one project.

Svitlov Dmitry aka be_ca_di (born 05.1993 in Kharkiv, Ukraine), lives and works in Hannover/Berlin. Producer of contemporary electronic music and founder of the label "ОЧІ (OCHI)". 

He studied music and art in Kharkiv, moved to Germany to study architecture. He started his series of parties (TOKYO_inspired) in Braunschweig (Germany) in early 2017, then collaborated with the German label (Meer Bass) as a DJ, performed at parties in Germany. He started to cooperate in a collective with the Ukrainian artist Vitalii Shupliak. 

In 2019 he started playing in Ukraine, becoming part of the Shum.rave team, a label from Sloviansk (Donetsk region, Ukraine).
After a live performance at the Boiler room event in Sloviansk and a live performance at the Kyiv club k41 club in Kyiv, he started picking up unknown underground records by Ukrainian producers electronic music and publish them on his SoundCloud page. 
Now he together with 18 Ukrainian musicians is creating his own label "ОЧІ (OCHI)" to promote the new Ukrainian sound.

"There are so many talented people in Ukraine, I want to show them off and give
them the opportunity to share their music with people who appreciate it. That is
why I am opening my platform for independent contemporary musicians."

Dominika Karaszewska is a DJ, music producer, and event organizer based in Amsterdam. She always tries to implement mesmerizing characteristics during her sets and in her productions. She is the co-founder and resident at ARTDICTIVE, an event series, platform and DJ collective aimed at providing a stage to FLINTA artists. Dominika focuses on hypnotic, highly effective yet trippy sounds.
In this one hour podcast, she wanted to show her powerful, dark and groovy track selection, while trying to keep the set mesmerizing, and provide a deep and dreamy ending.

BLVSHcast 110: nyhm

NAURU (@nauru6) is a DJ from Georgia.
She started her musical career in OTAKHI21 at an electronic music school.
For her, electronic music is a connection to different dimensions, where in the end, one whole thing is created, and all those become surrounded by their worlds, which establish contact without words. 
Her favorite genres are techno, trance and electro music. 
According to NAURU, the compatibility of these three genres creates an internal balance that helps us get to know ourselves better. 
The main feature of the NAURU sets is the ability to travel through time and space, where it will definitely appear light after rebellion.

INVERNO (@invernonrevni) means winter in Portuguese, but their performances and productions are far from being cold and static.
Their multifaceted knowledge of music is reflected in their sets, which are enigmatic, genre-fluid and creative. As well as in their playful and genre-panning productions.

Eager to experiment and explore the full spectrum of Techno, INVERNO likes to blend boundaries between deep/hypnotic and hard/industrial Techno. Having a natural understanding for groove and harmonies, they weave together tracks focusing on story-telling and rhythm.

Raised in a quiet farming town in Illinois, Lily Ackerman (@lilyackerman) ’s first outings with electronic music began after relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area.
Fast forward ten years later and Lily resides in Berlin where she has unleashed her dexterous selection of techno, electro and leftfield electronics at institutions like @tresorberlin, @berghain_ostgut, @renate.berlin, @watergate.club.official and @else_klub.

Her production career spans over a decade. Channelling her US roots and fusing years of experience with newfound inspirations in Berlin, Lily looks toward the next decade with hope, passion and an innate sense for the eternal groove of the dance-floor.

Prague-based Eva Falt (@pureevil-2) is a lifelong techno fan who recently upgraded her experience to DJing and organizing events as part of the Weltraum Collective (@weltraum-weltraum). 
A victim of the depth of her passion and perfectionism, the standards she sets are high. She treats every performance with the utmost attention and care to create something special.

Over the past months, Eva has DJed at some of her favourite local places in Prague, such as @ankali_club, @altenburg1964, @bike.jesus, @formerly.grid.center, @swimspace, or @crosscluboffucial.

With Weltraum, she’s co-produced a series of raves that have featured both local and international guests. The joy of creating complex experiences for the lovely crowds that gather at the Weltraum events has been Eva’s major driving engine.

Czech Republic born and raised, Ká (@ka_is_playin) grew up listening to grunge, rock, and metal, but relocating to Berlin opened her up to exploring the electronic spectrum of sound.

The music she plays is just as multifaceted and all over the place as she is - techno, trance, bass, electro, miami, dub, anything that is broken and anything that you can lose yourself in.
Ká likes to play hard and fast, yet never loses her soft touch.

On her techno-off days she indulges in silky and dreamy textures just as much as in funny and bouncy audio signals. Her sets will take you on a journey through sounds, sensations and self-rediscovery.

dj titka (@djtitka) is a Ukrainian-Canadian DJ, designer, and Deutschland import, originally from Toronto. 
After years of casual playlist curation for friends, she first got behind the decks in 2017 and hasn’t looked back since. 
To dj titka, every set is a journey. She carries listeners through a soundscape that fuses her Ukrainian heritage with dark and upbeat tempos. 
Her sets bring together elements from techno, ghetto house, bass, and traditional Ukrainian folk music–with a sprinkle of Euro-pop.

Her most recent, high-tempo set features ghettottech sounds that clash with dirty bassy hardgrooves, inspired by the endless struggle for survival during a Berlin winter.
