In a time when we all need a party, one man has tirelessly dedicated his time and energy into keeping the vibe alive and compiled a whopping 15 track collection of psychedelic masterpieces for all the psychonauts out there!  Nano Records boss-man, Regan, has pooled together 25 artists in this the second in his 'Keep it Psychedelic' compilation series, showcasing sounds of many Nano Records artists and close friends.  Made to be played from start to finish in a musical journey, Keep it Psychedelic vol. 2 is filled with deep trippy atmospheres to moments of euphoria, and is sure to pull you along for the ride as the sonic landscapes play out all around you.

Celebrating 20 years of the BMSS family and ten years of BMSS the record label, "Return to the Source” brings together sonic synthesis from all corners of the multiverse. 

17 tracks representing the mature tone of BMSS, which has evolved over the last two decades into a style that pays tribute to the source of our scene by disregarding trend and convention. An eclectic selection gathered by label manager and globe trotting DJ Boom Shankar to challenge standards that breed conformity and reflecting his own personal style that prioritizes story and flow over genre and BPM.

The story told by this 20th anniversary release unfolds in two parts. The journey begins by taking you back to the source and the darker side of the Psychedelic spectrum. Chapter 1 revolves around the intense magnetic power of the moon. 

Defiant, relentless energy distilled into: one of the last tracks by the recently departed Hux Flux, new music by psychedelic pioneer Total Eclipse, Japanese production perfection from Majide, Triceradrops and his hybrid psychedelic Techno, Dark Nebula and Datacult’s re-imagined “Beyond that Door” experienced through a Gamma Goblin filter, the prolific PsiloCybian and masterful productions by the legend worthy Braincell, Imaginary Sight and Lucid Mantra. Their sonic wizardry is designed to reinvent and reconnect you as you embark on this epic odyssey through the underbelly of moon-time music.

Clever re-interpretations of ancient Goa trance classics stand alongside the intensely psychedelic visionary art of Aashit Singh. His visual fusion of the old and the new creates a bridge between the past and the present where Plus 6 Masterings' full bodied analog sound gives each audible detail a clearly defined space.

Ruigoord (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈrœyxoːrt]) is a village in the Houtrakpolder in the Dutch province of North Holland, situated within the municipality of Amsterdam. Until the 1880s, it was an island in the IJ bay, which turned into a polder. The village is nowadays partially closed in by the Port of Amsterdam, and lies about 8 km east of Haarlem.[1]

In the 1960s the village was evacuated by the municipality of Amsterdam, which intended to extend its harbour, but the plans fell through. In 1972 the village was squatted by a group of artists who planned to make a colony there.[2][3] As such it exists to this day, but it is now legalized. Full moon parties are regularly organised in the formerly Roman Catholic village church and every year there is the Landjuweel (Land Jewel) festival in August.[4]

Since the early 2000s, the village has staged an annual poetry festival over the Whitsun weekend, Vurige tongen (Fiery Tongues). One of the festival's three days is always devoted to international poets. From 2003 on, a yearly Ruigoord Trophy has been awarded to individuals who have selflessly dedicated themselves to maintaining the village as an important cultural stronghold. The first such trophy was presented to Simon Vinkenoog.
