Decided to make a dirty mono song for fun. Found a cool way of getting the bass to pump in and out with the guitar so it doesn't get too overwhelming

Oh and my car is fixed. I stuffed a brillo pad in the oil separator and boy it pulls like mad now. NO SMOKE

I used everything I learned this week to make this one.
I'm super unhappy with what I was able to do with the second part of it but that's because I spent so dang long messing with the first part so that's what I get
Anyway I think I'm ready to move on to making more complete songs, but I got a few more experiments to make with the guitars.
I'd really like to buy a freaking re amp box soon here

Well so in this one I tried to keep everything leveled better before I put it through the limiter and pulling them all back down when I got too high because I noticed that it would kinda sound like the whole thing was being sqaushed

Hey, I'm a little late on this one because my family was in town and I was out late last night but I figure better late than never.
I don't even have anything lined up for tomorrow but I'm still going to try to get it up by 12
Anyway I was using this one as a way of practicing different guitar tones. MOstly using multiple stages of gain. Didn't turn out as great as I had in mind but oh well I'll try harder next time
I move the drums around a little too and that helped the mono "image" kinda sorta

I tried some different stuff with the master, mostly eqing, but the studio got way too hot and I wanted to try uploading an hour early today

Attack of the killer tomatoes.

Well I tried some different stuff with my guitar tone and Instead of trying to separate the bass and kick I decided to just make them separate in time and actually add more low bass to the kick. WOrked out alright I guess... I can never exactly tell about these things until a few days pass and I get to listen on "real world" devices other than my auratones. Trying to do someting new here so that's to be expected
Again if anyone has a freaking clue what lame-stream tracks that are similar that I could use as a reference then please by all means send them to me but I have yet to find a damn thing that would help in any way so I kinda stay away from using references. They seem to influence me a little too much

If I wanted to sound like everyone else I would just buy a "FIRE BEATS" sample pack or whatever the hell these bots are advertising on here
You know that shit that every "DJ" in your school uses to sound like fricking Calvin Harris.
