We are conductors of perception and play in reality, physical orchestrators of communications channeling, bridging worlds which meet through our cognizance. Improviser = composer = improviser = composer… Our practice is exploration, duration, hold, threshold, space, choice, interaction, non interaction, dynamics, energy, body. Amounts of things. Touch. There is no turning back from the experiences and exposures which evolve the love and flow and articulation of our being and awareness. We continually curate the galleries of our mind, this dream we each are in the universe. A seance of world premiere meetings. Such is meditation too. It is beyond words, and yet we know it. How far can we go? We honor life, this opportunity of existence and healing we’re given. We use it and sing it through. Our life is cosmic synchronicity made manifest.

Many farmland birds in Sweden have decreased markedly in numbers during the last 30 years although the rate of decline is not as big during the last decade. I live in a nature reserve, Hågadalen-Nåsten, close to Uppsala where many farmland birds still thrives. This dawn recording starts with a Yellowhammer (background grasshopper warbler and sedge warbler) and continues with a Common Whitethroat (background Skylark). Yellowhammer and skylark are currently red-listed in Sweden. Uppsala, June 30, 2023.

This was the first time I could listen to a longer sequence of ants stridulating in their nest – and I was and am totally fascinated by these really weird sounds. Of course, there is also a lot of crawling und running going on....

This is a bit from overnight unattended recording. I woke up with uneasy feeling as the sound resembled Shahed drone sounds I have heard from youtube videos. It was still pretty dark (4:50 AM).

The other day, when I was out exploring in the woods with my 9 year old daughter she asked: “What does in sound like inside a spruce cone?” I was quite proud of her at that moment….and of course, we had to find the answer. So we laid a cone in the sunshine, poked the mic in and found this delightful gentle hidden sound….
