I honestly think this is my favourite track from the album, I think it's the smartest song I've written, but also the closest to my heart. I wrote all the lyrics on holiday in Egypt, drinking Johnnie Walker by the pool. Oddly when it came to the solo, I opted for a vocal solo rather than a guitar, once I got that hook, I thought it would be stronger than the standard guitar in the middle of the desert type solo and what i ended up with was a guitar solo that sits behind the vocal and actually interacts and accents some of the phrasing. I like it, hope you do too.
