We could say a few ok things about this song but we really like how Dave Ruby Howe from Triple J put it:
       "Well this is just beautiful, you guys. Loaded with dreamy textures, authentically vintage production and some hazy vocals that hang in the air all gorgeous-like. Basically, Sofia Coppola needs this for her next movie." (5 out of 5 stars)

Boatfriends is Shanna Watson (vox/guitar) and Clinton Edwards (bass/drums/keys). before they were Boatfriends, they were house friends, sharing a post-war bungalow in Newcastle, NSW. they shared other things too:  a pet rabbit, two skateboards between three, and big-time crush on bands like Cocteau Twins, Black Moth Super Rainbow, Cornelius, and My Bloody Valentine. 

Boatfriends played their first live show at a house party last new years eve. Since then, they have shared the stage with Neon Indian, Pumice (NZ), Oscar + Martin, Collarbones and Grun, among a bunch of others.
