I have been a guitar player and lead vocalist since the age of 13, performing in bands of varying genres including Pop, Heavy Rock, Folk & Modern Country.  Main instrument is the guitar, influenced by a variety of artistes and styles including Mark Knopfler, The Eagles, Don Williams, Crosby Stills Nash & Young, Deep Purple and Santana. This has helped me to perform and write in different genres but I particularly enjoy Americana, modern country music and instrumental themes/incidental music.  
I play keyboard well enough to provide accompaniment and additional instrumentation to my recordings.  Now retired, I write, record and produce from a home studio.  Songwriting successes include shortlisted lyrics for a Commonwealth Song for HM The Queen in 2022, a song to be presented to Sir Cliff Richard in 2018, several UK Songwriting Contest Finalist Places and appearances on BBC radio in the UK.  I have successful collaborated with several other writers and performers across the UK and US.
