Deltarune: This Guy Again? is a rehash of concepts from Deltarune in my own style, based on Deltarune: The Other Puppet (music from @notrealnevereal), but can be viewed as a standalone project.

Jeffrey "The Jevil" Jebowski is an extremely talented man who can do just about anything if he puts his mind to it. Despite this, he has proven to be a lazy slacker who can be assumed to have never worked a day in his life. After displaying his impeccable bowling skills in a match against the king, a messenger was sent after him to recruit him to be the king's personal trainer. He accepted, but after repeatedly blowing the trainings off, he was exiled from the kingdom, where the only thing close by is an off brand McDonald's® clone which is all he eats.

When I recorded "Sea Drift," I originally tried my hand at some keyboard drumming in the second half. I thought it was imperfect, so even though the drum sounds I chose seemed a reasonably good fit for the arrangement, I left them buried on that 𝐅𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐱 cassette for nearly three decades. Still, though I would favour a drum machine today, doing it on a synthesizer in this fashion, amateurish though it was, breathed some extra life into things.

I used a metronome for a click track, which meant its tempo slowly retarded as I recorded the parts. That necessitated some "manual quantization" for a smoother flow and more dynamic balance. If nothing else, the piece could also use a bass part, but this is as complete a representation as I can make of what I was trying to do with this little production.
