1st track to be recorded for my upcoming album "Songs About Butterflies", this was about take 6 because the first 5 I had the damn metronome on the wrong BPM, so this is played through the pain barrier (hence all the fretbuzz). Vocals terrible as always but that's not the point. Also trying out my guitar USB input, which has done a half decent job I must say...

Will probably re-record this, but I set out to record 4 songs today, and wouldn't be satisfied with just one, so here's another. The guitar solo took about 70 attempts, and still sounds crap...

Another fairly straightforward song, for anyone who's ever met someone at a party, but didn't know whether it's just your drunkenness making you like them...

This heinous crime against the cause of music is a song I wrote after some disappointing exam results, it's a very rough recording so the guitar playing is shite (think I bum the last note after the vocals end too...) and my singing is, as always, awful, but that's not the point. I know I'm not the only one who's done bad in exams so may this serve as inspiration to those who also have. Nadir = The Low Point in someone's fortunes.

I am a Folk Punk Singer Songwriter from Manchester, influences on my sound include Billy Bragg & Frank Turner, as for my songs, they come from just about anywhere.
My music is not about technical proficiency or masterful production, it's all done on a budget of zero and the focus is on the song itself and the lyrics not my awful vocals & mediocre guitar playing. Hope you'll find some time to listen to my stuff, I'll post it as I record it and I hope to have an album released sometime this year.
*update* All 12 songs have now been written for my debut album, so I'll get them recorded & post a couple of singles on here, until then, it's just gonna be covers from now on, I'll try to make them interesting.
