9 songs are collection of songs I wrote and recorded over the past 9 years. They are stories formed into melodies that were recorded in Nashville, TN over the course of 2 days with a band I formed in  Chicago. Shortly after I recorded these songs I moved Los Angeles, CA and met a producer from Chicago who inspired my current exploration with more electronic/dance sounds. In some ways I feel very disconnected to my creative process of  how wrote and recorded these 9 songs and have had to re-evaluate how I can I fuse my love for folk/country/pop with my new found inspiration in electronic music. Thanks for taking the time to listen to these songs. This album is dedicated to all artists on their journey of being brave and sharing their light with the world no matter how small it might feel at the time. I hope these songs brighten up the room and inspire you.
