Two years from now my journey as EDM producer has started. My first song idea was 'road to colombia'. Since then I have worked for many hours on this track. Exactly two years later I am proud to release my very first song idea in the journey as a producer. This song represents my insane two and a half years after quitting my daily life job. In my following backpacking trips in south america I have learned so many essential things about life. Beeing as you are and doing what you feel as the two most important lessons. That's how I got into music production. The third lesson: be careful, once you were backpacking around the world, you will get addicted to very fast! 

I started this song on the way to Colombia, my second backpacking trip. The vocals stand for the spiritual part which I have been discovering since then. The kids playing give me hope and a warm heart when hearing these unaffected happy voices. Life is a bittersweet melody. So is the melody in this song. Moving forward, more intense by time, but always melodic. The rough melody after the short vocal close to the end of the song represents the rough part after coming back to your home. Your daily life will be annoying in a way. And also hard: You want to be the person you are during your travels but society wants you to have a regular job and money. And the most difficult thing: people get jealous about your charisma because they more and more realize that money isn't the thing that makes you happy and fulfilled. Everything is covored up by the spiritual voice in my soul that helps me get through this time. And not to forget the most important thing in life and the reason why I always come back: Family and Friends. And I have the very best I could imagine.
