Way Too Early

This is me demonstrating how my dual source guitar trickery works. 

The first two clips are my resonator guitar, the right speaker is the piezo resonator pickup into an LR Baggs Venue DI and straight into my DAW. The left speaker is the same instrument played at the same time but using a Lace Dobro pickup installed at the end of the fingerboard and that is going through a Bearfoot FX Model Bobbo pedal (modded Model G) and then into a Quilter Superblock UK set on Vox AC and then straight into the DAW.

The next couple of clips are my acoustic guitar using the same set up except the bridge pickup is a Fishman Infinity blend and the soundhole pickup is a Fishman Rare Earth. In these clips you can hear me using the volume pedal on the electric side to swell in and our that distorted signal and then in the last sample I have a long delay and octave reverb that I swell in so you can see how you can cause some chaos with your left foot on the volume pedal.

Written by brother Rory during the summer of 1986. We played it for a while, then dumped it. I recently re-vamped it, but dropped the bridge because the song was too long.-Reid
