Australia’s only retro female barbershop quartet and cabaret show: Bobby and the Pins.

We are four hip dollies who have a thing for traditional acapella barbershop singing. We croon the classics, from “Mister Sandman” to “Hello My Baby” to “Lollipop”. Not stopping there, you’ll hear a bit of Andrews Sisters, Doo Wop and some traditional jazz.

B&P formed in 2010 and have enjoyed performing at all manner of settings, from parties to cabaret clubs, theatre venues to large events and festivals. You may have seen us at the Famous Spiegeltent or at the Melbourne Fringe Festival; where ever a bit of vintage silliness is required, we’ll be there.

We perform in authentic 1950s costuming, and each of our characters has a different look and acting feel – best described as cheesy, clever and fun. On top of the tunes you can expect splashes of slapstick comedy acting, dance, ukelele, and naughty innuendo.

Bobby and the Pins are all about getting laughs, interacting with the crowd and making sweet acapella harmonies.
