This project means more to me than I can put into words. Long Story Short, Chapter 2 is the continuation of Chapter 1, a deeper look into my life, my growth, and the real experiences that shaped me. Dropping this EP on Christmas feels special, because this is a season of reflection, gratitude, and love, and that’s exactly what this music represents 🎄🙏🏽

First and foremost, thank you to all my fans and my family for being here with me, celebrating this new EP on such a meaningful holiday. Your continued support truly means the world to me. Every listen, every message, every moment you’ve rocked with me, it never goes unnoticed.

This EP is about growth. It’s about looking back on where I come from and understanding the lessons that life teaches you along the way. Learning that what doesn’t break you really does make you stronger. Learning that even if you’re a kind hearted person, not everyone you encounter is going to like you, and that’s okay. Because for every fake connection, there are genuine people in this world who truly care about you and want to see you win. At the same time, life teaches you to be aware of those with hidden agendas, the ones who only keep you around for clout or personal gain. Those types can be worse than a hater, frfr.

I’m beyond blessed to say I’ve met so many genuine souls on this journey. One of them is DKODA, who has kept it real with me from day one. He’s been a true inspiration and has supported my music journey since the very beginning. I’m forever grateful 🙏🏽 Not only is he an incredibly talented producer, but he’s also an amazing person with a truly kind heart.

I also want to give a huge shoutout to Jay Coke, who’s been working behind the scenes creating 🔥music video 🎥 visuals and dope cover art 🖼️ for me. He absolutely nailed it. He captured the exact nostalgic moment I asked for, all the way down to the pink and black Adidas fit and the white shell toe shoes 👟, if you know, you know. From the exact replica of my childhood home back in Michigan, to the DIY milk carton basketball 🏀 rim my father made for me and my big bro, the details mean everything to me. I love this artwork so much that this time I’m getting T-shirts made from the cover art, which will be available very soon for anyone who wants one 🤗
