Found my way to Ithaca Greece last year (2022), magical place.

I love this very psychedelic alternative style, with its sort of weeping, slightly out-of-tune guitars. It's a unique wave.

I really like this indie rock atmosphere, even a little psychedelic and underground which is not at all to displease...

Main parts --- nylon and steel string acoustic with some electric guitar overdubs later. A kind of study, with some almost experimental electric guitar ornaments. Recovered the acoustic guitar files, fixed them up, and glued it together! A bit of unevenness in the quality means best on earphones I think.

Step into the Light

This is a song that started off as something else entirely different. Originally, it was a noodle that I recorded using a delay pedal. I gave it to Chris Maness, who put a killer bass lines on in. so, I went back and completely reimagined it as an actual song. I thought it sounded kinda swampy, so I thought of the most musical thing I could think of about a swamp. I remember the swarms of gnats that would form different patterns when I'd sing different vibrations at them. Hence, Dance of the Gnats.

Volume on 11 for this one …. The pulsating rhythms instilling a sublime sensation of both restraint & motion, like driving. Part one is a guitar ensemble and later part 2 introducing bass effects and an addictive synth motif hook

This was another beautiful project in which producer Morten Jeamland sent me the music and I sang the vocals. 

We share the love for nature and feel that it is a vital part of wellbeing. People can be very disconnected from nature these days, which is a worrying development. It is good to go back to the roots.  And protection of nature and all the living species should be at the forefront of any decision making in the world.

The Groove

All tracks  are recorded in a spontaneous manner typically in a single take. Most lyrics are also spontaneous improvisations derived from the feelings of the moment. We let the guitar and drums interact and the music just happens. Most if not all of the music is inspired from this interaction.

The recording equipment up until January 2019 consisted of a dated Fostex 8 track and a few microphones...We simply lay down a guitar and drum track and let it unfold the way you are hearing it by bouncing tracks. We just have to make music to live. Music of any kind, music that speaks for itself... 

In January 2019 recording equipment was upgraded to Logic X and a UA Apollo MKll Quad Core Recording interface...We entered a new building and still trying to find the light switch so bare with us as we keep lighting matches...
