Bob Pittman is a singer/songwriter and bassist living in Santa Rosa, California.  Originally from Chicago he moved to San Francisco in the 80's and was a founding member of two post punk/new wave bands the Delusions and the Good Samaritans, He has written and recorded numerous songs since then releasing a 45 rpm record, I Just Do/Wanderer in 1984, an cassette single, Docile/Hangin' On, in 1997, and a full length CD, 10 Totally Catchy Songs By Some Guy You've Never Heard Of, in 2008.

As guitarist and vocalist he has recently teamed up with pianist Brandon Day in a light rock duet, Bob and Brandon!, that plays light weight cover songs from the 60's and 70's, some jazz standards and a collection of Bob's more melodic originals. Bob also plays bass with two Sonoma County bands, Fly By Train, and Flat Broke and Busted.
