Rachael, born & raised in the birthplace of techno music, Detroit has always had a strong love for the genre & culture.

Now calling Los Angeles, California home, Rachspace continues to explore and expand her distinctive music journey. 

Rachael's love affair with electronic music began at a young age, inspired by her father's constant playlists of electronic music. 

This early exposure planted the seeds for her deep connection to music, a passion that has grown into an immersive artistic journey. 

In her sets, Rachael effortlessly weaves together Deep House, House, Minimal, and Deep Tech, curating music that connects with the listeners' energy and atmosphere.

Rachael shares: “This mix is a bit of an eclectic selection that definitely created some deep emotion, playfulness & a bit of nostalgia to my upbringing with some of my  Detroit house roots. Little Rachael had a lot of pain growing up & abandonment from both parents in her life at different times, but within that pain built a big empathetic heart & personality trying to find her place in this world to feel loved.

From Bahrain, Daylomar’s music journey took shape through the UK’s Unleash party series, touring global dancefloors and iconic clubs like Warung in Brazil. Over the past decade, he’s remained deeply invested in his craft, both behind the decks and behind the scenes.

He’s the co-founder of Noctuary and Mahara two platforms that have helped shape underground culture across the region and beyond.

Daylomar has been part of the Soundscapes journey since our early days in Bahrain, and over the years, his sets have become some of the most celebrated in Zanzi, each one a reflection of his evolution as an artist and curator.

In this ninth episode, we present @raffy-peyre

Raffy Peyré is a producer, audio engineer, and DJ based in Antigua, Guatemala. He is the co-founder of Mudita Records, one of the most consistent and thriving labels in Central America, and XAYÁ Recording Studio, a state-of-the-art recording facility.

His journey into music began in childhood, learning to play the violin and drums, later joining rock bands and immersing himself in music throughout his teenage years. Eventually, he pursued a career in music, moving to Monterrey, Mexico, in 2010 to study Audio Engineering, where he was heavily influenced by electronic music. 

Since 2018, Raffy has released over 50 tracks, EPs, and remixes under his solo project. His recent works have found a home on OGE Records, RAWAX, Chippy Chasers, Obaidli, Purism Vinyl, and other respected labels, reaching niche audiences around the globe.

Raffy’s sets and productions explore the space between minimal house and deep house, defined by warm synths, colorful harmonies, intricate rhythms, soft spatial ambiances, and analog percussion. 

Whether through DJ sets, live performances, or a fusion of both, his sound is a carefully curated blend of frequencies filled with emotion—his personal perspective on life translated through music.
