plasma

"ten" is an experimental soundscape based on processed sounds such as environmental sounds, traditional Japanese instruments, and voices. The composition does not follow a narrative structure; instead, it focuses on creating a fragmented and non-linear atmosphere. At certain points, melodic patterns are incorporated, which have been distorted and broken from their linear flow, combined with non-narrative sounds. These melodies function more as sonic textures rather than as structural elements with musical continuity.
The composition is based on the concepts of texture and timbre, aiming to create an ambient soundscape that goes beyond musical narration.

isHeThere?

A distorted lullaby, made from re-assembled fragments of readings from the classic Greek children's book "Παραμύθι Χωρίς Όνομα" by Πηνελόπη Δέλτα, flowing, echoing and bubbling out of a painterly and oneiric melodic background. For this I worked with Konstantia Boua (https://soundcloud.com/ladania_sonic).
This experimental sound is a part of a series on collages made from sampling voices and poetry.

The recordings are thanks to the work of the Mozilla foundation volunteers.
