Can u transfer mixes here now that Mixcloud  have gone all money orientated, love your stuff and I usually go for UK squat techno and schranz....that's how highly I rate you

Producereink első válogatáslemezünk, a BLUEPRINT óta sem pihennek: a háttérben folyamatosan készülnek az anyagok. Hogy lássátok, nem a levegőbe beszélünk, elindítunk egy új sorozatot, ez pedig a Sample Challenge. Hogy miről is van szó? Adott egy zene, azt mintázva pedig a producerek előállnak egy saját verzióval. Első fordulónkban egy Patrice Rushen klasszikust vettünk elő, házon belüli kis csapatunkhoz pedig nagy örömünkre Siaga és Sazabio barátaink is csatlakoztak, így állt össze a Siaga – Sazabio – BRSK – BandiT – bõmber ötösfogat.

After releasing the first EP called BLUEPRINT our producers in the crew did not waste their precious time to produce new music behind the scenes. To showcase their talent we have come up with a brand new series under the name 'Sample Challenge'. What is it all about? There is a given track which has to be taken by each challenger and they have to sample it in order to create something new out of it. For the first round of the series we chose a Patrice Rushen classic, and we are proud to announce that Siaga and Sazabio teamed up with our producer squad. This way the so called 'A-Team' was born featuring Siaga - Sazabio - BRSK - BandiT - bõmber.

5. születésnapunk alkalmából újabb válogatásalbummal jelentkezünk. A future beatstől a búgó technón keresztül a brit klasszikusok ihlette számokig terjed a stíluskavalkád, hisz a megjelenés célja, hogy a kortárs elektronikus zenék minél tágabb spektrumát vonultassa fel, bemutatva, mi a BETWIXT esszenciája.

A YELLOW egy erős future beats blokkal indul. tzapa finoman hömpölygő dala után az imPro Schoolt is megjárt BRSK veszi egy fokkal táncosabbra a figurát a house és a future beats határmezsgyéjén mozgó Want U-val. Ezután bõmber egy kis trappel fűszerezi a képletet, hogy kellőképp megtúráztassuk a mélynyomókat.

A következő blokkal átevezünk a hűvösebb négynegyedek világába. illbentől az Aloneless egy elszállós, csukott szemmel táncolós deep house himnusz. A belga Kimmann duója szintén partisláger-gyanús számmal köszön be, mely dübörgő mélyekkel és törzsi hatású perkákkal operál. Végül marion a Nope képében egy lépegetős technobombával zárja a lemez ezen szekcióját. 

Diszkógömb nélkül nem élet az élet, Sazabio egy abszolút eufórikus számmal emel a hangulaton, majd zárásként brit vizekre is evezünk BandiT klasszikus garage és 2step ihletésű számával, hogy teljes legyen az elektronikus zenei kalandozás.

A producerek mellett a masteringről se felejtkezzünk meg. Nagy Rolandnak ezúton is külön köszönjük, hogy a számaink úgy szólnak, ahogy! A borítóért pedig Schamnak jár a pacsi!

A BETWIXT célja, hogy egy olyan platform legyen, ahol vígan megfér egymás mellett a uk-house, a garage, a trap és a legelvetemültebb kísérleti elektronika. Ahol a tapasztalt dj-k és producerek mellett főidőben felléphetnek olyanok is, akiknek ez életük második szettje - amennyiben kellően lelkesek és jó az ízlésük. Itt találkozik a mainstream az undergrounddal, a gyakorlottság a kezdőséggel és ezt a pezsgő eklektikát teljes szívvel szereti a közönség.

For the occasion of our 5th birthday we present our latest compilation album. It ranges from future beats through humming techno to tracks inspired by British classics, because the purpose of the release is to showcase the broad spectrum of electronic music, thus expressing the essence of BETWIXT.

YELLOW kicks off with a block influenced mostly by future beats. Tzapa starts with a softly surging piece, followed by our imPro School-certified producer, BRSK’s work, Want U, which steers the listener to a more dancy soundscape on the verge of house and future beats. Subsequently bõmber reveals his track lavishly spiced with trap. 

Moving towards 4/4s, first illben volleys us with his track Aloneless, and following his deep house hymn comes the melody of the Belgian duo Kimman, operating with thumping lows and tribal percussions. Marion delivers a pacing techno bomb titled Nope as the closing of this segment. 

Naturally we had to include a tried-and-true disco ball in the this issue this time it was supplied by Sazabio. Last but not least BandiT makes the electronic musical journey whole with a track inspired by classic 2step and garage.

Apart from the producers a special mention is due for Roland Nagy for the mastering. The cover is designed by Scham, for which high fives are in order!

The goal of BETWIXT is to create a platform where uk-house, garage, trap and the most insane experimental electronica can fit happily alongside each other. Where the more experienced djs and producers can perform with people who are appearing in front of an audience for the second time - granted they have a good enough taste and enthusiasm. This is where mainstream meets the underground, routine meets the beginners and our audience thankfully loves this buzzing eclecticism.
