I pay tribute to the producer duo of Andrei Lemeshko & Dave Pad, better known as Volen Sentir, hailing from the vibrant city of Moscow, Russia. 

My discovery of their music was a serendipitous one, stumbling upon their track "Vdol Po Rechenke" in 2017, which immediately caught my attention with its fresh and uniquely different sound.

Since then, I've been an avid follower of their work, eagerly awaiting each new release and even starting a fan group on Facebook in 2019. Though I have since passed on the group to other dedicated fans, Volen Sentir remains one of my all-time favorite producers. Their rolling basslines act as a signature sound, immediately recognizable as one of their tracks or remixes.

For this mix, I've decided to focus on their more recent releases, rather than revisiting the tried and true favorites that have been heard by many. The mix includes a variety of collaborations and remixes, showcasing the duo's versatility and range as producers.

Alex es un DJ/productor respetado del género Progressive House en Uruguay. Con influencias de Vangelis, Jarre, Pink Floyd y Depeche Mode, y referencias DJs John Digweed, Sasha y Global Underground Artists, han enriquecido su gusto, sin dejar sus raíces en cada session. 

En los últimos años ha participado con su música en varios sellos como OneDotSixtwo, Lake Underground, Big Bells Digital, AH Digital, Transensantion Records, Electronic Groove, Nature Records, For Senses, Droid9 SA,  Melodic Beats & PAD, con el Support de Hernan Cattaneo (Resident), Ricky Ryan, Simply City, Baunder, Nishan Lee, Marcelo Vasami, Cream, DJ Ruby, Mir Omar, Mariano Mellino entre otros.

Su constante y ascendente trayectoria lo han llevado a participar en los principales clubs de su país y la región, residencias, además haber participado como invitado en Proton Radio, Frisky Radio, Progresivna Suza, Electronic Groove, So It Goes radio y  PFG UK.  

Actualmente integra el roster de artistas de FP Beats (www.fpbeats.com) y junto a Diego Berrondo desde el año 2011 llevan adelante el proyecto Clubbing MVD,  con particpación en  Centro Cultural Uruguay España (Inner Club After Work) y Cpro - Stage One (Emi Galvan, Marcelo Vasami y Sebastian Busto). 

También desde la plataforma Progressive House Uruguay , contribuyen en la difusión  de nuevos talentos nacionales y de la región. Mensualmente presenta su nuevo Podcast Series Tubular en su plataforma en Soundcloud.
