I am using two base frequencies of 250.57hz to stimulate pituitary and 390hz for the Pineal glands. Both tones are at a beat frequency of 1.45 Delta waves which is a Tri-thalamic entrainment format. Sunrise” Lemurian Sound Meditation in 432 Hz.
Basically, the meditation is about abundance and feeling complete. It brings awareness that you’ve got it all. All you ever wanted. All you’ve ever needed. It also intensively stimulates vagus nerve and balances nervous system.
