We’re celebrating spooky season with a new workout mix from LA-based singer-songwriter Sophie Cates (@silver-sphere).

At 24-years-old, Sophie has created a lush, genre-blending electronic-pop sound and racked up a number of cool achievements - including collaborations with @dylanbradyyyyyy and @umru, opening performances for @jeremyzucker and @omarapollo, and writing credits for huge names like @dayaofficial and @flume. On staying active, Sophie says, “I try to switch it up in how I stay active, I get bored really easily. So I’ll go to the gym, play pickle ball with friends, walk to the Silverlake reservoir, take a yoga class.  What keeps me consistent with staying active is not putting pressure on it. If all I want to do is stretch, that’s all I’m gonna do that day. Oh and rewarding myself with smoothies too. 💝”
