Australia meets America on this trans pacific collaboration between Ad’N’Kuts & Kidd Linus!

In the green & gold corner, hailing from Brisbane, Australia… Ad’N’Kuts. And in the red, white & blue corner, hailing from San Francisco, America… Kidd Linus. Together they’ve crafted a break beat monster that tip’s it’s cap to the old skool yet destroys bass bins with rump shaking precision.

A rather fine array of remixes come courtesy of some fine talent that spread their mixes across different genres, each definitely putting their own slant on things. First up Pecoe & Aditup lower the tempo & increase the bounce to take things into Ghetto Funk territory. Butterz switches the beats totally with his mix heading in a more 4/4, dare we say electro house direction. No mater what genre it’s classed as it works dance floors into a frenzy! Last but by no means least is Dead Pixel’s sub shaking deconstruction. Forward thinking bass music that will shake you to the core!

Summer, an icy drink and some babes at the table, a reference sound, an idea and the mutual respect of a group of guys who made the groove and the bass-­‐‑beat a real religion. This is Heataly: the Italian French Touch scene gathered togheter as a crew and under a single record label with the aim of promoting throughout the home country and abroad all the magic you can find in the derivatives of funk and disco, fed with steroids. The most active producers of the scene and Champagne Records have realized that the time to put a face and an identity to the national French Touch movement had finally arrived and for this reason we present to you Heataly Vol.1, the first work of the collective in the form of a compilation including all that Italy has to say about French Touch and Disco House. Eight tracks, one for each artist, which set the boundaries and draw the colors of the musical genre of reference, highlighting the vision of each of the participants on the topic. Being this a long term project after such first compilation a load of new contents branded as Heataly will be disclosed, among the most diverse and heterogeneous fields, not necessarily related to music releases. MofoHifi Records are delighted to announce that infamous Italian party collective Reset! Have joined the MofoHifi family for the release of their latest tracks 'Wind Up' and 'Escape'.

Reset! - A 5-man collective of DJs, producers and party promoters based in Milan -- are renowned both for their spectacular and sweaty club nights and for pioneering the 'Turbofunk' genre -- a bass-heavy fusion of disco and electro which has seen massive support from the likes of Justice, Hervé, Annie Mac, A Trak, Crookers and Cassius.

'Wind Up' sees Reset! team up with legendary Jamaican ragga MC Daddy Freddy -- a seminal player in integrating Jamaican vocals into electronic music (and 4 times breaker of the record for world's fastest rapper!). The infectious ragga party anthem is accompanied by an awesome leftfield video shot in Los Angeles by female Italian director Spaghetto. It features a 2 very contrasting Compton Barbeque parties being very literally crashed by a giant (cuddly) spider who has just accidentally killed a unicorn. No, we don't totally understand it either, but we suspect there may be undercurrents of the battle between the ways of good and evil. Make your own mind up!

The flip side track 'Escape' sees Reset! in more exploratory mood taking their Turbofunk stylings on a cross-genre multi-tempo journey that takes in elements of Hip Hop, Acid, ItaloDisco and Jazz while not losing sight of its core anthemic synth hook.

Wind Up / Escape is released exclusively on Beatport on 20th August and on all other digital stores on 17th September.

Msystem's project focuses on a wide use of sampling, reference genres being Nu-disco, Electro, French House - always trying to create a solid and fresh sound, always evolving, mashing up elements from different kinds of music that steadily stamps the works.
