New Year's resolution time y'all.

How can you get a jump start on the new-jack gym rats that'll be hanging around for the first month of 2012? Well, BODY JAM, of course. All night long, we'll be playing the best in calisthenic jams.

DJs Michael T. Miller and Sean Peoples are bringing in the new year with the same great BODY JAM vibe. One slight change though: we've moved to FRIDAY nights! That's right, we're going to be upstairs at Looking Glass, where, we hope, the new Bowflex just arrived.

Remember, Body Jam is the P90X of dance nights. We're delivering the peak results package with a perfect combo of aerobic movement, deep knee bends, and good friends.
