just beginning my electronic music journey in garageband and logic pro. i think my sound is slow, textured, melodic, and blends my own poetry that i've been sitting on for a while.

the name BODYSOUP comes from my in-progress journey back into myself - which has not been clean and linear, but multi-ingredient, experimental, patient, and soupy.

with neurodivergence, i've struggled a long time with dissociation and dysregulation. i desperately want to feel grounded and connected to my body, and express myself from an authentic and real place. when i'm creating, i try to focus on what it feels like in my whole system, rather than what it sounds like through my ears alone.
