On October 14th, 2022, the Bohemia community was born. The conditions were hot, sweaty, and pretty intimate. I’m talking about our first party: The Pocket. 

On that night, our resident DJ, Matteo, took us somewhere we had never been before. He calls it Space Island. There is no way to describe it other than a retro-futuristic party on an island floating in space. 

Thankfully, you don’t need to wonder what that’s like. Matteo will take you there.

Welcome to the new iteration of Fellas Inc., BOHEMIA MUSIC GROUP.

Bohemia Music Group is an artist-run music label that welcomes the community into the creative process and gives them the opportunity to benefit from the success of the art.

When we get together at parties, jams, and recording sessions, the art that gets created is a product of all the energies in the room. Whether you contribute with song, dance, laughter or silence, you are an intrinsic part of the creative process. We are acutely aware of your contribution and we are committed to building a culture of collaboration and reciprocity.

BMG is home to artists who understand that collaboration and authenticity are at the centre of meaningful art. We gather to create music that is true, timeless and present. Music can take us to the edge of the human experience and everywhere in between. From the explosive joy of celebrating together to the quiet place of inner feeling. Our sound touches both poles and finds home in the middle.

🛤️ WHAT 2023 LOOKS LIKE

Our main goal this year is to create original music and share it with the world both digitally and in real life. To achieve this, we’ll focus on: 
🌞  i. BOHEMIA CONCERT SERIES

This is a series of intimate gatherings lasting anywhere from 1-4 days where the focus is co-creation of a live, improvised music and art experience.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Who can come to these?

Anyone who loves music, nature, holistic activities, and connecting deeply with other purpose-driven humans.

If you’ve been at one of our jams, you know how special and unique this experience is. Bohemia Concert Series is the evolution of the original jam session. These sessions will be recorded and released on the BOHEMIA MUSIC GROUP YouTube channel, Spotify, and Apple Podcast.

Admission for the concerts will be very limited as they’ll take place in cottages around Ontario. Our Discord community will be the first to know when spots open up.

📔 Educational Opportunities

Musicians and DJs (both practicing and aspiring) are welcome to come learn from and with us. We’ll have dedicated slots for music production and live performance Q&As.

🎒 Artist Scholarship Opportunities

We’ll have a very limited number of scholarships for sound, performance, and visual artists who want to contribute their art. Interested artists will need to submit an application for consideration. Applications will be sent via Discord.

🫴🏾 Sponsorship Opportunities

We are able to provide our community with these opportunities and support the arts in Canada with the help of our sponsors. If you have a company you think is aligned with our goals and values, please reach out to us to inquire about sponsorship opportunities.

In our quest to bring value back into the community, we are launching our first monetization opportunity. If you make a warm introduction to a company that results in a sponsorship deal, we’ll send 10% of the deal your way.
