This is my very first CD Demo from June 2001 made 101 style with a pair of Tech 1200's and a Vestax PMC 170A.  No over dubbing, sampling, remastering, remixing, splicing; honestly I don't even think I practiced the mixes before hitting record.  Just 70 minutes of riding the liquid wax river.

2nd try at playing my new December music:  Progressive Funky Tech House with a Touch of Dirty Grind.

This one is a little long at 2 1/2 hrs but mixing and selection solid.  Couple bobbles on the one, especially after the dance of the sugarplum track, but that's expected with new music and at least 80% of this incredibly long recording being a mix..

Today I came back from the DR and found out I'm over 80% deaf in my right ear.

Luckily, Earlier this week I acquired some new music.

So this is my second time listening to all this music.

Christmas 025 take too

I don't know what I love more:  music or my cat.  They both make me laugh, cry, angry, confused, possessed, erotic, annoyed, relaxed, and do it all at the same time.  But both of them are waiting for me when I come through the door.  Think I can control music a little better than my cat though.

I'm a DJs DJ.  Don't want fame, but love to spin wax on hot decks with lighter fluid to the point I'm pissing fire that can't be extinguished by the sweat of bodies that have been dancing for 12 hours.  That is about when I'll grab a 2nd crate.

I think I'm getting to be older than dirt, but I'm one of those things you never quite can get off your shoes.  You could throw me to the cleaners but then a few months from now you'll be stuck missing that piece of gum on your shoe that made that squeak with every step.

Yeah, I could roll over and die, but who would be left to teach people how to mix?

Hope everyone loves me...  I'm the gift that keeps giving because I want to make sure electronica will never die.  Been doing that for 20 years.
