Following up the IfUWantMe 7" single, Seekersinternational do lovers rock inna SKRS style replete with film snippets, heart-wrenching strings, boogie synths and dub ambience. If/when Dennis Bovell gets behind the controls for Brainfeeder, LoversDedicationStation will be the result. 

Lovers is a celebration of love, lovers rock and the UK by one of the most singular figures making dub today; standing on a sonic island, shouting down all dubwise preconceptions.

Today we are premiering @ama-54 ambient soundscape 'Kufi Wood Art', the seventh track from his new album 'Arabxo Ishara', scheduled for release 22nd August 2016 on @bokeh-versions. 'Kufi Wood Art' effortlessly eschews beats for a more timbral affair of woodwinds and downtempo electronica.

The molecules had begun to merge. Deep within the laboratory bubbles started to flourish inside the test tubes. It had been an exceptionally long procedure: months, years, decades of work would soon be completed in a eurphoric climax. The prize of the century would soon belong to the Napoleon science team and their hard work would be rewarded on a worldwide scale. There was very little left for them to do but to wait for the final compound to form. Only then would they be able to celebrate. 

Jay Glass Dubs is the alter ego of Dimitris Papadatos who presents an alternative narrative to dub as we know it within his new release for Bokeh Versions. Titled "New Teeth for an Old Country" the release sees him experiment with the realm of possibility as he strips down tracks to the bare bones breathing in new life.

The restaurant lay empty and the plates bare. The people had left in a hurry when the bomb had struck. In the twilight of dinner the trouble had started as the foundations of the buildings shook. They had feared this day would come for a long, long time but yet they still felt unprepared. How could you prepare for an act of war, it wasn't in their nature. Quite simply, they were now left with no choice but to fight back with persistence and all of their earthly might. The day would come in which all of this would be a bitter memory. 

Bokeh Versions have been on a run of form as of late. The latest release from the label comes in the form of Aquadub and MC A who deliver an array of electronic explorations across eight tracks.

Illbient oddities and lost relics for the Soundcloud generation. 

Recorded in 2006 and shelved until today - All Over There orbits the outer leftfield regions of known hip-hop galaxies. MC A’s double, triple, quadruple tracked vocals are thrown around the mic like a nippon Danny Brown riding Aquadab’s “Jan Jelinek meets Timbaland” productions (his words). 

Composed and resampled entirely on MPC 1000 and Kaoss pad - Aquadab claims most tracks were made in sub-2 hour improvised sessions. MC A’s vox exist to us only as texture and punctuation - we’re assured the lyrics are too abstract to translate (English titles have been provided for iTunes purposes). 

The results are as unique as the artists involved are generally unknown. Aquadab has scored a lone remix on Japanese imprint Aun Mute and MC A can be found on a few tracks by local hip-hop acts like DJ Motive. Aquadab lives in Osaka - home to Bokeh alumni DJ Ground and Kabamix. MC A hails from Gifu, widely known as the home of Japan’s master cormorant fishermen.
