Anders Bolstad aka DJ Bols hails from a little place in Norway with a big reputation for adventure, which happens to be synonymous with his DJing style and the way that he’s swept the Bergen underground in recent years. Bols bought his first turntables with money from his confirmation and while he dabbled in extreme sports, his love always returned to music, which grabs his full focus these days. Bols spent time in Greece throwing boat parties where he networked his way into international DJ relationships that expand the Bergen scene tenfold. 

Bols plays most of the parties you probably don’t get to attend, but certainly hear rumours about afterwards. As the prince of the Bergen underground after running the Bergen Underground Armada for many years and more recently being taken into the Sista Låten collective as resident DJ and party promoter working with international exchanges and relations. 

He was taken in with Sista Låten during a time when they played weekly radio shows with the Klubbkveld collective, which in the last year has expanded to 14 electronic music enthusiasts with a passion for fun and (mostly) techno. Sista Låten has since ventured out into the club scene each and every week, leaving behind the days in the studio to throw unforgettable parties at clubs and undisclosed locations. 

Recently Bols started getting back to the studio more and more and has releases on Overload Records and Spectro with many more on the way. Most of which will be released under his and his long time studio mentor Robin Sandvik`s new duo called Doc & Bols.
