“Mi Dulce De Coco,” originally recorded in 2001 by Junior Klan featuring Marina Seoane, became a cumbia favorite despite little radio play. Over the last decade, DJ/producer Eternos broadened his knowledge of Latin and tropical music by working over turntables before producing original songs and remixes like this one. With a wide interest in global club music, he's never afraid to challenge willing listeners with new, Latin-inspired sounds.

This summer's end marked the 5th anniversary of the death of one of the most beloved and popular Mexican singer-songwriters. In honor of our querido Juan Gabriel, foremost producer All Day Ray releases "Querida" Bounce Edit, a special tribute on Bombón Music this week.  

Originally recorded in 1984 as “Querida,” this chart-topping ballad is one of El Divo de Juarez's most recognized penned songs in his nearly five decade career. Since his untimely passing in 2016, several cities across Texas have hosted tribute shows/concerts in his honor with Houston being no exception. In 2019, Bombón's Gracie Chavez was in search of more music for another tribute event when ADR bestowed that NOLA bounce drip on this eternal classic.
