Deep new music on Sublease courtesy of Arkady Antsyrev. The DJ and producer pulls out the stops for this three tracker on Steve Bug’s home for deep dancefloor sounds, referencing classic Chicago and New York house sounds while adding his own, inimitable spin on things.

Know That kicks things off in a hypnotic, groove-driven style, dripping in atmosphere and crisp, chunky beats.

Rollstoys is a little more urgent, with snappy percussion and a subby bass coupled with some dubbed out effects on the vocals and synths.

Last up is Perfectly, which continues the vibe with a slinky, honed slice of deep house punctuated by shuffling percussion and more sub bass goodness in the lower end.

A favourite within house for close to a decade, DJ, producer and label owner Santé stands today as one of the most prolific and consistent artists in the scene, with regular appearances at leading institutions including Watergate (Berlin), Amnesia (Ibiza) and Das Zimmer (Mannheim), and releases on stand-out imprints including Knee Deep In Sound, Get Physical, Saved and his own AVOTRE imprint, the home of his latest album ‘Current II’. Arkady Antsyrev is a talented and promising sound producer. In the atmosphere of works this sound producer have а distinction from others artists. The presence of his sound evolved drum tracks, live instruments (and solo), as well as synthesizers, which were used in the distant 80s and 70s, opening a new and modern sound, which is by far the most relevant and appropriate for sound in the underground industry.
