More commonly known as the Original Bondi Vixen, I have been in the fitness industry since 1991. With over 22 years experience under my belt, my ever evolving fitness empire has led me to develop a very strong female fitness brand Bondi Vixen, targeting women wanting a strong and challenging beach workout focusing on all the essential body parts that a woman requires to look super HOT and feel GREAT! Along side this is a complementary product line I have developed including Apparel, Fat loss Supplements, Specialized eBooks & Online Programs.
With a strong commitment and dedication to health and fitness, I have worked for all the leading Fitness Centres teaching group exercise and personal training. During this time in the industry I have studied extensively, not only as a Personal Trainer, but across the fields of Pilates, Nutrition, Pre/Post natal Exercise, Boxing, Injury Prevention/Rehabilitation, Counseling and Life Coaching. This has led me to write articles for major Australian media publications & International websites, as well as fitness television presenting on Foxtel, Channel 7 ‘Girl TV’, and feature on every morning and breakfast show on television. One of my most favorite roles is being a judge for the famous Miss Bondi Competition held at Beach Road Hotel every year and the Face and Ambassador for Fit Sensations. I have also appeared on several TV commercials and cinema screens as the Bondi Vixen and I also host my own radio show called ‘Bondi Vixen Body Talk’ on Bondi Beach Radio every second Saturday at 10am.
