This "Old Fool" single is another re-invention of one of my original poems, now set against a background of sound. The results have been interesting enough for me to continue pursuing this experiment.

Inspired by the endless, disturbing parade of violent, atrocious, inhumane, depraved and cruel things people do unto each other, particularly those to whom they've given all their love and devotion.

Love Letter

This track was inspired by childhood fears I shared with so many other kids of that terrifying unknown lurking under my bed or inside my closet, waiting patiently for the lights to go out. I should note that I categorize this track as "soundtrack" only because it has a certain cinematic quality to its sound and feel. It sounds like it could be part of the score from some horror flick even though the truth isn't anywhere as sexy as that. I do this "soundtrack" categorization with a lot of my individual pieces for the same reason. Just between y'all and me, none of them are actually part of any movie soundtrack. And now you know...
