'To hell and back'  is a 5 track EP by Rapper/Record producer Bongi Kether.
  
  Having battled with depression for years Bongi talks about the experience in this EP.

  The EP opens off with the track 'Gathering storm' in which Bongi talks about the feeling of depression when it sets in. 
The second track 'The bottomless pit' talks about being ins the state of depression, how it feels like being in hell or the bottomless pit.
The third track is Epic War and here Bongi fights the depression.
Victorious is the fourth track and Bongi talks about feelings victorious after fighting his inner demons.
In the last track 'Post Apocalypse' Bongi feels that even though he won the war against depression he's coming out scarred.
